8. Various types of biochemical products and infectious items. Such as anthrax, dangerous germs, medical waste, etc.

10. Various items that impair public health. Such as dead bones, animal organs, limbs, animal skins without nitration, animal bones without medicine, etc.

11. National laws, regulations, and administrative regulations clearly prohibit the circulation, delivery, or entry and exit of items, such as state secret documents and materials, national currencies and counterfeit currencies and marketable securities, simulated weapons, controlled knives, precious cultural relics, endangered wildlife And its products.

  (2) Measures for handling of prohibited items by delivery service enterprises:

   1. If the enterprise finds various types of weapons, ammunition and other items, it should immediately notify the public security department to deal with it, evacuate personnel, and maintain the scene. At the same time notify the National Security Agency.

   2. If the enterprise finds various types of radioactive materials, biochemical products, narcotic drugs, infectious materials and strong poisons, it shall immediately notify the chemical and public security departments to handle them according to the emergency plan. At the same time notify the National Security Agency.

   3. If the enterprise finds all kinds of flammable and explosive dangerous goods, it will not be accepted if it is found in the receiving and sending process; it will stop forwarding if it is found through the transferring process; Store dangerous goods in isolation. The dangerous goods that are prone to hazards shall be notified to the public security department, and at the same time be notified to the national security organ, and measures shall be taken to destroy them. If it is necessary to eliminate pollution, it should be reported to the health and epidemic prevention department for treatment. For other dangerous goods, the sender can be notified to get back within a limited time. For other non-dangerous goods in the internals, it should be sorted and resealed, and the attached certificate should be sent or notified to the recipient to collect it at the delivery link.

4. If an enterprise finds various publications, propaganda materials and printed materials that endanger national security and social and political stability and obscenity, it shall promptly notify the public security, national security and press and publication departments to deal with them.

   5. If the enterprise finds articles that impair public health and perishable items, it shall notify the sender to collect them within a limited time as appropriate. Those who cannot notify the sender may destroy them on the spot.

   6. If the packaging of the enterprise is improper, which may endanger personal safety, pollute or damage other items and equipment to be delivered, the sender should be notified to collect it within a specified time after receiving the delivery. Anything discovered during the transfer or delivery should be properly handled according to the specific circumstances.

   7. If the enterprise finds articles that are prohibited from entering or leaving the country, it shall be transferred to the customs for disposal.

   8. Other situations may be notified to relevant government regulatory authorities.

2. Air and railway prohibited items

(1) Air embargo

    1. Articles that threaten aviation flight safety refer to articles or substances that may obviously endanger personal health and safety or cause damage to property during air transportation. There are mainly the following categories:

    A. Explosives: such as fireworks and firecrackers, detonating fuzes, etc .;
